What is Waitventure?[]
Waitventure is a free browser game, written entirely in Javascript and HTML5. Formerly (less) known as WaitQuest. The development of the game started in 2017 and then became abandoned, until March 2022, when the game was made public on Reddit.
It is an Idle RPG focused about time. Every real life second, you gain 1s, which is the game currency, this can be increased later on. In Waitventure, you manage a Party of up to 4 characters and enter an endless dungeon to fight humans and monsters in automated battles. The dungeon has 365 levels, divided into Months, and further divided into Days, resembling a calendar. At the end of each day, a Boss fight appears, with some bosses being rarer and appearing once a week or a month. After you get defeated in battle or Eject, you return to town, where, provided your allies have enough levels, you can fuse them to make stronger monsters, humans, or hybrid abominations.
The game can be played in a browser for free at: https://archlemon.net/alpha/waitventure
The current version of Waitventure is Alpha. Meaning some features, specially new ones being added, are prone to changes during the development.
